of amyloid plaque load by Gd-staining MRI in transgenic mice. We proved the feasibility of following individual plaque evolution and showed that our technique does not affect neuroinflammation or mouse survival. This technique can thus be used to monitor anti-amyloid therapies during preclinical research.
