systematically, imparting the principle to complete the treatment, grasping the ward manager’s status of knowledge in dementia care, expanding the roles of CN, equipping ethical environment, and encouraging IPW. Conclusions: In order to complete these patients’ treatment with dignity and respect, necessity for nursing management skills such as supporting for improving staff’s knowledge and skills of dementia care as well as permeating the principle of completing the treatment of patients’ physical complications systematically were suggested. Further research on the development of dementia care skills in acute settings, and the development and impartment of nursing management system in order to encourage dementia patients’ treatment ethically and humanely are in progress.
