for the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles of each biomarker after accounting for baseline age. The percentiles for each biomarker are calculated withinin group. Curves assume a baseline age of 75 for CN, 75 for aMCI, and 76.5 for AD, the median values observed in our sample.
