hallucinations (HR 6.37, 95%CI :1.75-23.16), age at first symptoms (HR 1.13, 95%CI :1.05-1.21), arterial hypertension (HR 2.99, 95%CI :1.02-8.76), and MLTA (HR 3.08, 95%CI :1.42-6.68). These results were unchanged after adjustment on age, gender, and vascular risk factors. Conclusions: Our results suggest that, as for AD, patients at higher risk of DLB or VaD maybe recognized at an early stage, prior to becoming demented. The identification of parameters that predict conversion to dementia other than AD could be very useful to define a target population for therapeutic trials assessing the effect of early treatments in non-AD dementias.
