week versus 53100 (48807, 57393) steps/week (p 0.002). The difference between the groups 9652 (3579, 15725) steps/week approximates to one extra day of the recommended steps/day. Enjoyment of the PA program was high (94%) with the main reasons for enjoyment being the physical benefits received (26.5%) and improved motivation and sense of purpose (17.8%). Conclusions: This individualised home-based physical activity program achieved high retention, adherence and acceptance rates and was successful in increasing PA levels amongst participants. This demonstrates that older adults with memory complaints can successfully participate in and enjoy the benefits of lifestyle intervention programs.
