lower threshold (see figure, voxel-level puncorrected 0.001), depositions were present in parietal areas (including the precuneus), inferior frontal gyri and middle and superior temporal cortex. Multiple linear regression analysis did not reveal any correlation between individual factor scores and anterior temporal amyloid deposition or global amyloid load. Conclusions: Bilateral anterior inferior temporal cortex is an area of predilection for amyloid deposition in early-stage AD. Within this population we did not find a clear correlation between neuritic amyloid deposition and cognitive dysfunction.
