pocampus over the occipital lobe were applied to the early cases as the markers of differential diagnosis. The hippocampus/occipital lobe ratio revealed to be the most accurate marker for the differential diagnosis of early AD and DLB (cutoff value 0.65, sensitivity 95%, specificity 80%). Conclusions: The hippocampus/occipital lobe ratio of FDG-PETmay be a useful marker for the differential diagnosis of AD and DLB in the early stage.
