Gynecological cancers are common in low-resource countries. Cervical cancer is one of the leading cancers inwomen in India and the fourth most common cancer in women globally. Surgery with or without radiotherapy is commonly used to treat uterine, vulvovaginal, and early cervical cancer. Radiotherapy plays an important role in the management of cervical cancer, where it is routinely used in radical/curative, adjuvant, and palliative settings [1,2].
