min D level and FAI, abdominal circumference, WHR, blood pressure, and postprandial sugar, and a positive correlation between vitamin D level and SHBG. In the present study, the prevalence of vitamin D3 deficiency was similar between urban Indian women with PCOS and those without PCOS. Further studies with larger PCOS cohorts are required to draw conclusions regarding the positive associations identified in the present investigation. The therapeutic role of vitamin D3 in the PCOS population remains an area of scientific interest.
