SummaryCranial fasciitis is a rare reactive, non-tumoral lesion (pseudosarcoma) that occurs mostly in children below 6 years, with a propensity for the cranium. This type of tumor has been reported to arise from the deep fascia, periosteum or from the fibrous layers that cover fontanelles and sutures. The lesion is usually solitary, firm and painless.
