Pheochromocytoma is a rare cause of secondary hypertension. It may present atypically as cardiogenic shock with significant morbidity and mortality. We present a patient in cardiogenic shock dependant on an intra‐aortic balloon pump and vasopressor support who completely recovered cardiac function within 96 h of hospitalization.
