ImportanceCrooked nose has always been a surgical challenge for surgeons. It is of essential importance to achieve both functional and esthetic improvements.ObjectiveVarious techniques have evolved through times to attain correction of the deviated nose. This work is devoted to review updates in management strategies of crooked nose.MethodsDescription of various techniques available for nasal reconstruction of crooked nose.ConclusionsDeformities of the deviated nose can be quite different from patient to patient, and that there is no one method that can be used for every deviated nose. Correction requires a complete understanding of the three-dimensional pathology and the time-related changes that develop as healing occurs
