Among the paucibacillary form of tuberculosis cutaneous tuberculosis occurring very rarely. Lupus vulgaris is a variant of skin tuberculosis. Here we are reporting a case of 20 year old boy presented with proliferative fungating lesion over tattoo mark. Tottooing was done by mobile tattoo artist in a fair. Diagnosis of skin tuberculosis was confirmed by histopathology suggestive of lupus vulgaris and treated with anti-tuberculous drugs
