Ross syndrome is a rare clinical disorder of sweating associated with areflexia and tonic pupil. The most disturbing symptoms are segmental compensatory hyperhidrosis and heat intolerance. This report intends to inform physicians, especially dermatologists and neurologists, of the presence of this complex disorder
