Management of prostate cancer should be adapted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A practical additional document on treatment of this tumor was developed in according to the recent recommendations of the European Association of Urology. In conclusion, the challenge should concern a correct management of the oncologic patient, reducing the risk of spreading the virus without worsening tumor prognosis.
