(Cell 167, 1252–1263; November 17, 2016) It has come to our attention that, in the STAR Methods section of the above article, the description of ‘‘Calcium imaging to quantify LITE-1 function’’ was incorrectly presented. Calcium imaging of muscle cells was mistakenly described as ratiometric imaging. In fact, the imaging experiments were performed by single-wavelength imaging of RCaMP fluorescence. We have now corrected this error in the article online. We have also re-labeled the y axis title of calcium imaging traces in the figures as RCaMP DF/F (%), which was mistakenly labeled as RCaMP DR/R (%) in the original article. We apologize for the inconvenience.
