(Cell 153, 963–975, May 23, 2013) In Figure S2E of the article above, we presented semiquantitative RT-PCR experiments comparing the expression of endogenous (endo) pluripotency markers in G3SKM-induced iPSCs with OSKM-induced iPSCs. During preparation of the manuscript, we inadvertently substituted the image representing PCR bands of endo Dax1 where we had intended to display the image of PCR bands of endo Utf1 because they looked very similar; we made the same error where we displayed endo Nanog bands instead of endo Sox2 bands. Additionally, we realized that the image of endoOct4 PCR bands was displayed upside down. These errors do not affect any of the key conclusions of the paper. The revised Figure S2 with correct images for endo Sox2, Utf1, and Oct4 PCR bands is now available with the article online.
