There Is low-molecular DNA in the blood of irrndiatcd rats, its cotltent depends 0x1 irrsdietion dose (34 nf!ml at 8 Gy and more than 300 @ml at 100 Gy). This DNA fraction of the she, correspondhvg to that of nuclaoromos (175-180 bp) was cloned and26 clones with recombinant plasmid have been sequenced (14 clonrs contained plasma DNA of rats exposed to SGy, and 12 to 100 Gy. It is rrtsbilrhed thnt low-moleeulsr DNA Is enriched by G/Cpairs the content of which was 48% while In rodent genom it WBS Witbin40%. Comparison of the sequences with EZMBL data bank made it possible to isolnte 3 of them homologous to LINE. The lrradhtlon dose hCtGr hns played no role. Ihe CpG dinucltotides content was found to be O,?% and that of CpT was 9,60/e followirlg exposure at a dose oft? Gy, and 1,796 and 7,8% respectively at a dose of 100 Gy (the mean genome DNA content 1,3% of CpG and 7% of CpD. These distinctions ran be related to the origin of the studied fraction (8 Gy will produce hemstopoietic syndrome and 100 C;y ncurova~cular.
