Was studied e1rctrica.l resistencc (R) ventromcdia.l (VMH) and lateral (LHA) structures aveT intluence of focnsmg ultra. sound ( Y e hypotalamns rats at US) of different intensity.Bipo1a.r nichrome electrodes with d=0,15 mm implantation on atlas in stereotaxis cerebrum rats under hexenal narcosis. FUS influence with frequency 2,4 mHz and intensity in 10 dB. Whole 55 series of experiments delivered. Initial R of studied structures on the average was eqnalied 73,3f 4,3 kOm.Development narcosis observes thr significant increase R in VMH (to 61,4f1,5 kOm) and LHA (to 101,1+~1,8 kOm ). The maximum of changes R was obeerved on 30 min, in it the time was observed the approach deep of narcosis ones.On backgrounds advanced narcosis the action FUS canses the authentic changes R of studied structures cerebrum At irradiation FUS with parameters: the intensity of effect 25 dB,exposnre rate0,64 Wt and time of effect-100 s,was observed the authentic reduction R in VHM with 57,lf4,6 to 48,O f 4,3 kOm,and in LHA the authentic increase R with 83,9zk4,9 to 96,4+ 3,i kOm was marked.The degree and dnratlon of such than depend aa from force+ from duration of action FUS. P es A ter tern&r&ion irradiation R came back to initial level on 45 min for VMH asd on 15 min for LHA. Used by us of intensity and doration of xtion FUS were below of threshold significances of distmction ultrasonic dozes.Therefore we think,that the receivcd dependence6 of changes R of hypotalamic structures are connected not with stmctural,and with functional changes of studied departments cerebrumThe offerred technique is possible to be applied at study of action and other physical and chemical factors on nervous tissne.
