The members of the Editorial Board join us in expressing our deepest sympathy to our dear Colleague and Editor, Ezio Giacobini, for the loss of his wife, Solveig, and to pay tribute to her for her invaluable services as an Editorial Assistant for the Journal. Solveig played an intimate role in the foundation of the Journal in 1978 and as an Editorial Assistant for the last 10 years. She has shared in the raising of the Journal from its infancy to its adulthood. It is with gratitude that we dedicate this issue to her memory.
