A case of the cominbation of a complete hydatidiform mole and a coexisting, living fetus arising from a twin pregnancy, subsequent to clomiphene citrate therapy for ovulation induction, is presented. The diagnostic problems of this combination as well as the incidence of molar pregnancy following the use of ovulation inducers are discussed.
