Immature ovarian teratoma ‐ an unusual case

A 30‐year‐old patient with multiple ovarian cystic teratomas, including an immature teratoma, is presented. These neoplasms appeared in both ovaries at different times. In the light of the findings in the patient presented, a reevaluation of the therapeutic approach in cases of ovarian teratomas seems to be indicated.
