The effects of glucocorticoid hormone on the expression of c‐jun in the fibroblasts were studied. The expression of c‐jun was repressed by dexamethasone in the NIH3T3 cells, but not in the transformed BI04‐1 or EJ‐Ras cells. The repression was not relieved by the addition of cycloheximide.
