Invertase was linked by means of a multi‐functional agent, cyanuric chloride to a clay, bentonite. Properties of insolubilized invertase were compared to free invertase and to invertase adsorbed on bentonite. Several enzyme have been insolubilized by coupling to bentonite using the method described in this paper.
