This study aimed to determine the diagnostic value of the relative filtration fraction (RFF) assessed by dynamic 99m Tc-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid ( 99m Tc-DTPA) renal scintigraphy after angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibition for renovascular hypertension (RVHT) diagnosis.
