Plexiform neurofibromatosis is a autosomal dominant disease characterized by multiple cafe aulait spots, cutaneous neurofibromatosis, CMS tumours and skeletal abnormalities. We report a child with plexiform neurofibromatosis presenting with dysphagia, an unsual presentation.
