Juvenile angiofibroma is a rare, highly vascular, histologically benign but locally invasive tumor, affecting predominantly male adolescents. Here we present a case series of 45 patients of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, their clinical presentation, staging and the various surgical approaches for their excision.
