Titration studies of phytic acid

The 12 pK a values for phytic acid have been obtained from pH titration data and nonlinear regression analysis. The pK a values ranged from 1.9 to 9.5. The results are discussed in terms of previously determined pK a values. Possible reasons are given for the differences between previously determined values and present values.
