The dielectric properties of pentadecyl and heptadecyl tetradecanoate, pentadecyl hexadecanoate, pentadecyl and heptadecyl octadecanoate were investigated over a frequency range of 0.1 kHz to 100 kHz and a temperature range of −30C to +25C. The thermodynamic parameters for the dielectric process were calculated and related to the X‐ray long spacings of the esters.
