Summary A new direct potentiometric titration method for the determination of oxirane oxygen has been developed. This method is applicable to a great variety of epoxy compounds and epoxy plasticizers. Carboxyl groups do not interfere, and a greater accuracy and reproducibility are obtained than in any of the indirect methods used.
