Main theory concerned with the piezoelectric wave reflection subjected the action of electric bias and rotation is presented, in which the higher order tensors of piezoelectric, elastic, dielectric and electrostrictive constants are involved. Some calculations for Lithium Niobate reveals that the electric bias and rotation are important factors of the wave reflection problems.
