This paper continues the investigations of the author [5] – [12] concerning optimal control of nonlinear evolution equations with monotone operators. Necessary optimality conditions are derived where additional constraints in a general from for the state and the control are allowed. As applications a Dirichlet boundary control problem and a time‐optimal problem are considered.
