It is demonstrated that the connection between stress and strain can be presented in a united form for material classes of most various kinds. This form corresponds to a form of a linear elasticity law with additional strains for the increments of stress and strain. The coefficients of law depend on stress strain state and internal parameters. The number of parameters is differently great for various material states. This formulation is very advantageous for a numerical solution of boundary‐value problems with initial conditions of which are worked out the general aspects.
