In this paper a pair of quadratic programs (primal and its dual) has been formulated in complex space with an arbitrary square matrix A 2 in the constraint sets. The paper establishes certain duality results without assuming any interdependence of the objective function and the constraint sets on a Hermitean positive‐semi‐definite matrix as considered in [3].
