Systems of simultaneous dual integral equations having trigonometric and Bessel kernels are solved by reducing them to simultaneous singular integral equations. The peculiar oscillating nature of the singularity of the solutions is discussed and it is pointed out that by using a direct method to solve the dual integral equations the oscillation character of the solution may not be recovered.
