Non‐linear equations of laminar flow of a viscous incompressible fluid in the entrance region of an annularpipe have been solved by an exact method. It is assumed that the velocity of the fluid is uniform at the entrance section. Velocity profile, pressure distribution and inlet length have been obtained for various values of the ratio of inner and outer radii of the pipe.
