In this paper two problems of rotating aeolotropic disks are considered. The first problem deals with steady rotation of an orthotropic elliptic plate whose axes are not coincident with the directions of the lines of elastic symmetry in the plate, while the second is concerned with the steady rotation of a composite circular disk which is partly isotropic and partly cylindrically aeolotropic.
