The cover picture shows the laser‐induced in situ growing of (Me 3 SiO) 3 PO crystals on a single crystal diffractometer. The nozzle in the upper part of the figure provides a cold nitrogen stream on the polycrystalline sample in the capillary attached to the goniometer of the diffractometer. The left part of the picture illustrates how the powder diffraction rings transform into distinct diffraction spots of the grown single crystals. The resulting crystal structure is shown in the right part of the figure. The crystallization is achieved using a non‐visible high energy IR laser. Thus, for the visualisation of the laser beam, we used the red‐colored alignment laser. (DOI: 10.1002/zaac.202200184).
