The Cover shows the result of an in‐situ XRPD measurement of a precursor that consists of a simple aqua complex. Upon heating, this precursor loses the ligands in separate steps, leading to the formation of ligand deficient intermediates. During this reaction the Mn(NCS) 2 units continuously condense into corrugated single chains in the first, linear double chains in the second and layered Mn(NCS) 2 in the third step. These results are part of the paper of Tristan Neumann et al ., where the syntheses, crystal structures and properties of a number of coordination compounds based on Mn(NCS) 2 and 4‐picoline are reported. More details can be found in the Article by Tristan Neumann, Gianpiero Gallo, Robert E. Dinnebier, and Christian Näther on page 88 ff.
