The dinuclear iron(III) complex [Fe(salten) 2 (bipytz)](BPh 4 ) 2 · EtOH ( 1 ) was synthesized and its post‐synthesis modification yielded [Fe(salten) 2 (bipydz)](BPh 4 ) 2 · EtOH ( 2 ). The crystal structures and magnetic behaviors of 1 and 2 were investigated by variable temperature XRD, magnetic susceptibility, and Mössbauer spectra measurements, with each of these dinuclear iron(III) complexes exhibiting gradual spin crossover behavior.
