Two coordination polymers were hydrothermally synthesized by reaction of 3‐(carboxymethoxy)benzene‐1,2‐dioic acid (H 3 L) with divalent zinc or cobalt salts in the presence of ancillary nitrogen ligand. Complex 1 features a three‐dimensional metal‐organic framework with (3,4,4)‐connected topology. Complex 2 exhibits a 3D six‐connected framework with {4 12 .6 3 } topology based on the [Co 4 (μ 3 ‐OH) 2 ] tetranuclear clusters as nodes. The magnetic properties of complex 2 were also discussed.
