The two dimensional Mn II coordination polymer [Mn 3 (pic) 2 (N 3 ) 4 (CH 3 OH)] n ( 1 ) with the ligands azide and picolinic acid (Hpic) was synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Meanwhile, analysis of the magnetic properties revealed antiferromagnetic exchange for polymer 1 .
