The cover picture shows the structure of the [Ni 2 L2(CN 4 Ph)] + cation where hydrogen atoms have been omitted for clarity. The dinickel(II) complex fragment adopts a conical “calixarene‐like” conformation that gives rise to a hydrophobic cavity. The two nickel(II) ions are coordinated in a square‐pyramidal fashion by a fac ‐N 3 O 2 donorset and together with the μ 2,3 ‐bridging tetrazolato coligand each of the nickel(II) atoms reaches a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The background shows snippets of a pile of pages from the article by J. Lach, B. Kersting et al. on pp. 524 ff. Within the background figures of temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements, DFT calculations and X‐ray diffraction studies can be spotted.
