The solubility isotherms of the ternary systems CdCl 2 ‐ CH 3 OH(C 2 H 5 OH) ‐ H 2 O between 15°C and 50°C are determined. Regions of equilibrium existence of the CdCl 2 · 2.5 H 2 O, CdCl 2 · H 2 O, CdCl 2 , CdCl 2 · 2 CH 3 OH, and CdCl 2 · 3 CH 3 OH are found. Conditions of obtaining anhydrous cadmium chloride are discussed.
