The complexes Zn(DMBCTA)X 2 (X = Cl, Br or I), Cd 7 (DMBCTA) 4 Cl 14 , Cd(DMBCTA)X 2 (X = Br or I) and Hg(DMBCTA)X 2 (X = Cl, Br or I; DMBCTA = N,N‐Dimethylbenzenocarbothioamide) were isolated and characterized by elemental analysis, conductance and molecular weight measurements, and IR, Raman, and 1 H NMR spectroscopy.
