Das in der Reihe der Cyclotetraphosphane P 4 (SiMe 3 ) n (CMe 3 ) 4‐n , n = 0−4, bisher noch unbekannte P 4 (SiMe 3 )CMe 3 1 konnte durch Umsetzung von P 3 (SiMe 3 ) 5 mit Me 3 CPCl 2 dargestellt werden. 1 bildet intensiv gelbe Kristalle, Schmp. 143 ± 2°C. Die 31 P‐ und 1 H‐NMR‐Daten von 1 werden angegeben.
