Li 3 TaO 4 , Li 3 BiO 4 and Li 3 UO 4 have structures based on a 3:1 order of univalent and pentavalent cations in the rocksalt lattice, the order being different for the three compounds. Li 4 WO 5 and Li 4 MoO 5 also have a structure based on the rocksalt lattice. Li 5 GaO 4 has an antifluorite superstructure.
