Composition and stability of the salicylato‐complex of uranium have been determined. The composition of the complex has been found by the method of Job to be H 2 [UO 2 (O · C 6 H 4 · COO) 2 ]. The stability of the complex has been found to be of the order of 1.24 · 10 −5 .
