Developing leaders in the corporate environment relies on many factors including the use of assessments and inventories in coaching and hiring. ProfilesXT, Lominger 360, Lominger Leadership Architect, Watson‐Glaser, and CPI 260 will all be reviewed. This article explores how these instruments can be successfully integrated into a company's development and hiring practices, along with direct linkages for using them to enhance student leadership development.
