One known pregnane, 17 β ‐marsdenin ( 1 ), and three pregnane glycosides, stavaroside H ( 2 ), hoyacarnoside G ( 3 ), and dregeoside A11 ( 4 ) were isolated from the leaves of Dregea volubilis . Their chemical structures were determined using NMR spectra and comparing with the reported data. This is the first report of compounds 1 and 3 from D. volubilis and of 2 from Dregea genus.
